Nicotine is a highly addictive substance and we make no claim that electronic cigarettes will cure an addiction to smoking. 

The products on our website are marketed as an alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes and are intended for use by persons aged 18 or over for recreational purposes.

Nicotine cravings can be very strong and make it difficult for smokers to quit using will power alone. E-cigarettes are not clinically proven as a smoking cessation tool, If you want to stop smoking see your GP who can refer you to an NHS Stop Smoking Support Service.

 

Returns Policy:

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges unless goods are faulty. In the case of a faulty product, the quickest way is to post the item back to us immediately, provide a proof of postage and we can refund any charges via a discount code for use on our website. If this is unsuitable for any reason then we can provide a DPD shipping label via email, you will need to print this label and take the item to a DPD collection point.

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

It is important you read up on Ohm's Law and take extra care with battery safety before using one of these devices. By purchasing these products on our website you release, discharge and hold VCUK Trading Limited and any of its employees, officers and affiliates (the 'Released Parties') from any claims of liability of any injuries you may suffer by using these devices. It is down to you, the user to ensure the relevant knowledge is gained and understood.
