In these rapidly changing and uncertain times, we would like to reassure all of our valued customers that hygiene, consistency and your safety is our upmost priority. All trusted manufacturers and retailers are accustomed to operating under strict safety regimes and in the current climate we are all focussed on these with an intensified level of awareness.
We have also increased the number of delivery providers to include options with DPD and Hermes to complement our existing offer with Royal Mail. Hermes is a value option - £2.99 and Free over £20, DPD a premium option, Free over £70.
We still offer Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £25 and Free Tracked 24 at £50.
All delivery service providers are also being incredibly careful, from the execution in warehouses to the heightened expectations & processes by their people on the road. Remember they have to protect themselves as they try to protect consumers, so by raising the number of options we can only try to ensure our fulfilment is consistent in these challenging times whilst supporting more of the people out there everyday bringing goods to our doors.
There have been times already this week where carriers have been behind but this has been no longer than 24 hours and we are extremely pleased with the service our partners have delivered so far and what they continue to do for us all.
Delivery drivers would rather leave items at your door so shout, wave, acknowledge their presence and support them in keeping a good distance from yourselves and your families.
Remember you can always check if your order has been shipped by using the bot on our website, but we are confident in the current climate that we will still never be more than 24 hours behind, with 80% of parcels leaving our warehouse on the same day.
